Questions about fee management
Not online. Parents pay as they do today, with the bank challan or at the school office. Once the office records the payment, parents see the challan marked paid in the app, along with anything still due.
The challan carries your school's bank account and has separate student, school and bank copies with a barcode, the same way schools print challans today. Parents pay at the bank and the office records the payment.
Yes. Set the late fee once, and each challan shows the amount payable by the due date and the amount after it.
Yes. Upload the Excel or CSV export from your old system. Okulium matches the columns and classes and brings in students' unpaid dues along with them.
The Fees module is Rs 5 per student a month on top of Core at Rs 15. Every module together is Rs 25 per student, and the first 30 days are free.
