Yes. Each campus keeps its own students, staff, attendance and fees, and the owner switches between campuses from one account. Tell us about your campuses and we will help set them up.

Every new school gets 30 days with every module switched on, Salaries included, and no payment details are needed. Before the trial ends, choose your plan on the Billing page and pay the first invoice.

The school keeps working for a short grace period. After that it is paused: your records are kept safely, and only the school admin can sign in to pay. As soon as the payment is confirmed, everything is back as it was.

Monthly, or yearly with 2 months free. Pay the invoice by bank transfer or Raast, from any bank app, JazzCash or Easypaisa, then enter the transaction ID in Okulium and we confirm it. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract.

No. You pay for the students enrolled each month, and per staff member only if you use Salaries. Staff and parent accounts are not charged, so every teacher and every family can use Okulium.

As soon as the class teacher submits the register, the parents of absent children and children on leave see it in the Okulium app, and can turn on phone notifications. Okulium doesn't send SMS.

Not online. Parents pay as they do today, with the bank challan or at the school office. Once the office records the payment, parents see the voucher marked paid in the app, along with anything still due.

Teachers write homework, classwork or a note for the subjects they teach; class teachers can write for their whole section. Parents see it in the app the same day, with what is due and when, and get one notification per child each day.

Yes, it is part of Core. Set your bell times (a shorter Friday can have its own) and how many lessons each subject gets a week, and auto-fill builds every class timetable without booking a teacher in two places. Adjust any period by hand, print class and teacher timetables, and arrange cover when a teacher is away.

Yes, with the Salaries add-on. Set up each person’s pay once; each month Okulium works out absences, late arrivals, unpaid leave and advances from staff attendance and leave. You review and adjust, finalise, print the payslips and download a bank transfer file. Tax and EOBI are entered as your accountant advises, not calculated.

Staff can ask about attendance, results, fees and student numbers in English or Roman Urdu, draft report-card remarks for a whole section, and get help matching columns when importing. It is an optional add-on priced on its own, and is not part of the free trial.

Each school's records are kept completely separate, every connection is encrypted, passwords are never stored as plain text, and repeated wrong passwords lock the sign-in. Your records belong to your school.

Teachers see only the classes they teach. Fees, staff and reports are for the owner and campus managers. Parents see only their own children, and no school can see another school’s records.

No. Names, phone numbers, CNIC and B-Form numbers, addresses, dates of birth, photos, roll and registration numbers, fee amounts and your school's name are never sent. Okulium checks every request and stops it if anything slips in, the AI never changes your records, and the school admin can see exactly what was sent.
